I have a strong belive that you people have staff which treat customer as he is in his own place but such type of employees pooja mishra will spoil Dominos image and lead to customer dissatisfaction. I appriciate for the cocnern which was resolved by your manager but this time again the same employee misbhaved with us and your new manager Hemant kumar arya is unable to satisfiy us and unable to resolve our concern. Earlier we have ordered a cheese burst pizza in which we found hair and your store manager came and identify the same.
This is not the first time your employee named Pooja Mishra has misbhaved. We have ordered a non veg pizza but i dont know why your employee has given me a veg pizza and when i aksed your employee to send your executive to replace a wrong pizza than she replied that " hamare yahan koi udd ke nahi aata" which is not a helath conversation between customer and a employee.
